1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mozeyshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Service

mozeyshop provides a CRM platform for WhatsApp automation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including spamming or sending unsolicited messages.

3. Compliance with Meta Policies

Users must comply with Meta's (Facebook) WhatsApp Business Policy and Technical Documentation. mozeyshop is not responsible for any account suspensions or bans imposed by Meta due to policy violations by the user.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the Service or third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall mozeyshop or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of mozeyshop and its licensors.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
